Boys, 14, accused of sex assault in school bathroom

FREEPORT, TX

The 14-year-old boys attend Freeport Intermediate School, police said. Both have been charged with aggravated sexual battery and one of them also faces a charge of possession of child pornography.

Police say detectives say they're also investigating the possibility that several students throughout the school have been engaging in "sexting," so more students may be charged with possession of child porn if photos are found on their phones.

However, authorities say the pictures on the cell phones were not of the alleged assault in the bathroom. They were of young girls in various stages of undress.
