SWAT standoff ends without incident in west Harris County

KATY, TX (KTRK) -- A SWAT standoff in west Harris County has ended without incident.

Dispatchers tell Eyewitness News that this started as a domestic disturbance of some kind involving a man and a woman off of Colonial Parkway near Highway 99.

A SWAT scene responded and neighbors were evacuated.
