HPD said the man was arrested on Wednesday and found that he was involved in a SWAT scene prior, where he allegedly set a home on fire.
Authorities said a 911 caller reported seeing a man with a gun and then reported hearing gunshots. SWAT was sent to the scene and has remained there into Saturday afternoon, officers said.
After the suspect refused to comply for several hours, law enforcement was able to retrieve with the suspect by deploying a type of tear gas, known as CS gas, according to HCSO.
Terran Green was pulled over for speeding in August 2023. That's when authorities said he shot a deputy and took off. He was found a day later, sparking a lengthy standoff that ended with him being pulled out of the home.
