HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A former Rockets legend is gracing the "No Layups" podcast today.
Rudy Tomjanovich, who led the Rockets to two championships in 1994 and 1995, will be heading into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame on May 15.
But before he does, he'll swing by the show to chat with hosts ABC13's David Nuno and Raheel Ramzanali.
Rudy T, as he's known, had a playing career highlighted by five All-Star selections before lifting Houston to those back-to-back titles in the '90s. He also coached the U.S. to Olympic gold in 2000.
But perhaps what some Houstonians might remember even more is his quote, "Don't ever underestimate the heart of a champion!"
From one winner to another, "No Layups" will also be chatting with Miss Houston USA Priscilla Londono.
Londono, 27, is also a model and volunteers with the Best Buddies organization, according to her profile.
"I am truly so honored to represent such a diverse and might I add FOURTH largest city in the U.S.," she wrote in an Instagram caption with her new crown.
