Hans Reiser is acting as his own attorney in the $15.2 million civil suit brought against him by his two children.
ABC7 News media partner the Oakland Tribune reports that Reiser attempted to argue that his wife suffered from a disorder where parents fake illnesses in their children for attention. However, he could not offer any evidence to prove it.
Reiser is serving 15 years to life in prison for the 2006 killing of Nina Reiser in the Oakland Hills.
