HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A shuttle bus crashed into the 'Welcome to Houston' sign at Bush Intercontinental Airport on Saturday morning, airport officials say.
The bus veered off the road after it was hit by a car, an airport system spokesperson tells abc13.
Eyewitness photos from the scene show a mangled bus with United Airlines branding on the median of John F. Kennedy Boulevard.
The sign appears to have sustained extensive damage.
It's not immediately clear if anybody was injured in the crash.
