There were no reported injuries or evacuations in all three fires that were all discovered shortly after 3 a.m., Battalion Chief Ron McCormick said.
One of the fires was at a YMCA portable building at 47100 Fernald Ave. next to James Leitch Elementary School where an alarm went off, Battalion Chief Ron McCormick said.
The building is used for a preschool program and the floor was badly damaged, he said.
The program will need to find another building to house the program this morning, McCormick said.
While en route to the fire at the portable building, firefighters saw smoke near a baseball diamond at Warm Springs Park at 47300 Fernald Ave., located to the rear of James Leitch Elementary School, McCormick said.
The shed had caught on fire and spread to a nearby tree. A little league team had used the shed, which was significantly damaged, according to McCormick.
Firefighters also responded to a third fire at a women's bathroom at Warm Springs Park, he said.
All three fires were put out within 15 to 20 minutes of firefighters arriving on scene, McCormick said.
Investigators from Alameda County Fire and the Fremont Police Department are at the scene of all three fires this morning, McCormick said.
