Cheesecake
Mix:
- 4 cream cheese (8 ounce)
- 4 eggs
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Graham Cracker Crust
- box graham crackers
- stick butter melted (can use up to a full stick depending on how dense you want the crust)
- 2 tbs. sugar
- pinch of flour
Crush graham crackers, mix in sugar, flour, and melted butter. Coat pan with crust.
Mix together eggs, sugar and vanilla. Stir in softened butter and cream cheese and add mixture to pan.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes - until slightly brown.
