It happened last night at a home on Thousand Trails near Old Montgomery. Police say a 69-year-old man called his son to confess to shooting his 65-year-old wife with a shotgun. He then told his son he was going to kill himself.
Deputies rushed to the home and found both the man and woman dead inside.
Family members are now trying to figure out why.
