The wreck happened after 4:30am on the North Freeway at FM 830.
It appears the rig jacknifed and slid down the freeway, before hitting a concrete barrier. It's unclear if there were any other vehicles involved in the crash.
No word of any injuries.
A HazMat cleaned up the fuel spill and officials reopened the freeway after 8am.
