The Rockets get a huge dose of good news when Patrick Beverly confirmed that he will not need surgery on the torn meniscus in his knee.

The Rockets point guard tweeted that out after getting the update from renowned surgeon James Andrews. There's a great chance Beverley can make good on his vow to return and play this season.

Avoiding surgery is a huge plus.
