It happened as the bus was traveling to New Orleans on the "Bangerz" tour. No one was injured, according to Cyrus' younger sister Noah, who tweeted about the fire.
"Yes, everyone got out safe no one is injured what so ever!! everything is okay!!" Noah Cyrus wrote.
It doesn't appear Miley Cyrus, who played Toyota Center Sunday, was on the bus when it caught fire.
The Tuesday night show in New Orleans was scheduled to go on as scheduled, according to ABC affiliate WGNO.
