The Yonkers man is accused of raping a 64-year-old resident at the Manhattanville Health Care Center in the Kingsbridge section of the Bronx.
Another worker reportedly caught the suspect on top of the alleged victim, who has a severe case of dementia. She can't talk, her family tells ABC7, making it impossible for her to explain what exactly happened.
