William Alexis Morales, 35, is accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile continuously between 2007 and 2013. According to Crime-Stoppers, he's a convicted sex offender who was deported to El Salvador before returning to the Houston area in 2007.
Investigators believe he may be working in construction and driving a black pickup truck.
Anyone with information about his location is asked to contact Crime Stoppers of Houston at 713-222-TIPS. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for any information that leads to the filing of felony charges or arrest of the fugitive in this case.
