Dennis Greer, 32, is charged in the death of Jonequa Brewster, 22. She was found dead in a ditch in northeast Houston. She had been shot in the head, and was partially covered with a bed comforter and a towel.
Greer was charged with murder on Friday. He was already in jail on unrelated charges.
