Earlier this week, we thought for sure the Texans were eliminated from the playoffs. Well, not so fast. The people over at Sports Illustrated crunched the numbers and looked at all the ridiculous tie-breaker rules and it turns out the Texans can still make the playoffs.

How you might ask? Well, first they have to win their remaining four games. Then they need the Raiders, Browns and Bills to lose two games each. And they need the Titans, Steelers, Chargers and Jets to lose three games each.

The Texans next game is this Thursday night against the Jacksonville Jaguars. We're going to carry the game live for you. Our pre-game coverage from Jacksonville begins at 6:30, followed by the live kickoff at 7:20 on ABC13.
