The man is accused of sexual assaulting a 12-year-old boy at a hotel off of Highway 59.
The boy says he didn't know the man. He's described as Hispanic, in his late teens to early 20's and has a tattoo on top of his head, tattoos on his arms and a dragon tattoo on his leg.
