Auto shop student injured by vehicle left in gear

HOUSTON

A Klein ISD spokesperson says a vehicle was accidentally left in gear as the student stepped in front of the car to work on it. The car jumped forward, striking the boy.

He was taken to a local hospital with unknown injuries. No other kids were injured.
