Troopers say 70-year-old Francisco Silva of Clute, Texas, was eastbound Tuesday afternoon when his SUV ran off the road, struck a guardrail and overturned in the median.
Trooper Stephen Hammons says Silva was taken to a nearby hospital where he died.
