Leonard Bledsoe, Lance Dobbins, Gregory Portis, and Adrian Thedford are all charged with aggravated robbery.
Investigators say they robbed an AT&T store in south Montgomery County, ran from constables and crashed at Rankin and Ella.
One of the suspects is being treated for dog bites from a police dog.
