Jermaine Miles was taken into custody during a raid at his apartment complex.
Investigators say they found over 24 grams of crack, 21 grams of cocaine, as well as marijuana, Xanax, codeine and cash. They also recovered a stolen AR-15.
Investigators say the drugs and several loaded weapons out in the open, accessible to a 4-year-old child inside the apartment.
