The median price for single family homes in Houston hit a record $192,000 in June. The average price also hit a record $268,000.
The Houston Association of Realtors says Houston home sales rose for the 25th consecutive month. Home sales also rose 13 percent last month compared to June 2012, with contracts closing on 7,200 homes.
