'Credit Donkey' says Houston and Raleigh, North Carolina, tied for ninth on its list of the best places in America to make money. San Francisco came in eighth, followed by Seattle and New York City.
Minneapolis ranked fifth, Austin was fourth, with Washington DC and Boston even better places to make money.
But the best place to get the green is San Jose, California, according to the ranking.
