Investigators say the biker was traveling at a high rate of speed along the feeder of Beltway 8 near Tidwell when he hit a curb and went flying.
Witnesses performed CPR on the victim until paramedics arrived. He's said to be in critical condition.
Deputies say the victim was not wearing a helmet.
