Gallery Furniture fire suspect's trial put off again

HOUSTON Robert Gillham is charged with arson, criminal mischief and attempted retaliation in connection with the fire.

Prosecutors say the former salesman set the fire in retaliation for being fired in 2009. The fire caused more than $20 million in damage.

The trial had been on hold while Gillham received treatment for a brain tumor. He's now been found competent to stand trial. His court date has now been reset to February 28.
