Police: Medical condition likely led to fatal crash in west Houston

It happened on Memorial Drive near the West Beltway. Police say an elderly man suffered some type of medical issue while he was driving. He crashed into a pole and died instantly.

It's still not clear if the crash or his condition killed him.
