The plane departed from Bush Intercontinental Airport this morning en route to Chicago's O'Hare International Airport.
More than 200 passengers were onboard.
The Dreamliner arrived at the big airport in September. The plane is made from lighter materials, which Boeing says will help airlines save money on fuel.
