Police earlier this week asked for the public's help in finding 19-year-old Joseph Anthony Paez. He faces four counts of aggravated robbery over the June 9 holdups at Valero Corner Stores. Nobody was hurt.
Investigators on Wednesday said a tip helped lead to Paez. A jail official Thursday did not immediately provide further information on his custody status.
The stores are owned and operated by Valero Energy Corporation.
