Sunday was the last day for the public to visit the battleship before it closes for the repairs.
Battleship Texas survived World Wars I and II, but it started taking on water last weekend.
Divers have not been able to pinpoint the exact location of the leak, but it's believe to be somewhere below the engine room.
The historic vessel sits in La Porte and serves as a museum and as a memorial for those who sacrificed their lives.
