A third grade teacher at Gardens Elementary in Pasadena is in Indianapolis this weekend to watch the Super Bowl. But she's not just any fan. Her little brother is playing for the New York Giants.

Tahnisha Bernard will be cheering on her brother, Rocky Bernard, as the Giants face the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLVI.

Rocky is a defensive tackle for the Giants making his second Super Bowl appearance. Six years ago, he posted a career-high 8 1/2 sacks in a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

"This time will definitely be different," Tahnisha Bernard told The Pasadena Citizen.

Rocky Bernard has two sisters teaching in Pasadena. His younger sister, Azuree Bernard, is a first grade teacher at Jensen Elementary.
