Bryan police say both men were arrested over the weekend and charged with capital murder in last Wednesday's death of 18-year-old Raymond Cavazos.
A Bryan man, 38-year-old Eugene Lamar Jenkins, was in the Brazos County Jail on Monday on bond of $500,000. Jail records show 26-year-old Clifton Dean Montgomery Jr. of College Station was held on $300,000 bond. Electronic jail records did not list attorneys for the men.
Bryan police say Montgomery was arrested Friday night during a traffic stop on an unrelated warrant. Police say Jenkins was arrested Saturday.
Police have not released a possible motive for the slaying.
