Jeffery Castano, 23, was charged with one count of injury to a child. Investigators say his pregnant girlfriend left her daughter in his care while she went to work. When she returned, she noticed something was wrong and called 911.
Hospital officials say the child had several broken bones and evidence of long term abuse. The little girl also tested positive for THC.
Castano's bond was set at $30,000.
