The Houston SPCA is once again partnering with Neiman-Marcus to showcase animals up for adoption. Dozens of dogs and cats took over a display window on the first floor of the Galleria store on Friday.
They'll be there looking for families through December 23. "They're all going to be ready to go home the day you adopt, which means they're going to be spayed, neutered. They have all their shots, de-worming," said Meera Nandlal with the Houston SPCA. "Dogs that are six months and older are tested for heartworms."
The adoption fee is $65 to $150 per animal. But each pet comes with a free bag of food and 30 days of shelter care insurance.
