From surveillance pictures from the TH Wharton power plant on Tomball Parkway, police say the man in the picture cut a hole in the fence to break into the property and stole copper wire and plates. He then rode off on a bicycle.
The theft happened October 18. Anyone with information is asked to call HPD's metal theft unit at 281-405-6580.
