Prosecutors tell Eyewitness News a female employee of Memorial Hermann Hospital discovered a camera inside an employee bathroom of the building on Fannin.
Deloyd Herman Wheatley, III, age 29, is charged with improper photography. Prosecutors say the nurse saw a curious blue light in the bathroom then discovered an iPod rigged with a camera. When reviewing the video, prosecutors say it showed Wheatley setting it all up.
Memorial Hermann Hospital officials say Wheatley has been fired from his position as a pharmacy technician.
