It happened around 12:10am Saturday on Fondren just north of the Southwest Freeway in southwest Houston.
Three victims were transported to an area hospital – two from one vehicle and one from another. Their conditions are unknown.
Investigators say alcohol could have played a role in the crash. It remains under investigation.
