Barry Lewis Andrews, 55, is charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter. He's accused of driving drunk around 11:30pm on October 22 and causing a five car pileup on the North Beltway near Veterans Memorial in north Harris County that killed Erica Montez, 27, and her brother, Nick Montez, 24.
Authorities say Andrews' vehicle collided with the Montez's vehicle in the westbound lanes of Beltway 8.
Andrews, of Hockley, is being held on $60,000 bond.
