The accident happened around 2am on the North Loop at Ella.
According to authorities, a white pickup truck was eastbound on the North Loop when it slammed into a concrete wall on the shoulder and rolled over upside-down.
Two males jumped out and fled the scene on foot.
No one else was involved in the accident.
