Investigators have now identified Mathew Fitzgerald as the driver of the motorcycle. He lost control in the 300 block of FM 1960 and was killed.
Police believe Fitzgerald was speeding when he slid into the back of dark-colored sedan and then into the median. Investigators say the driver of that vehicle is now wanted for leaving the scene without rendering aid.
