High school drops suit aiming to stop opening of nightclub

HOUSTON

Saint Agnes High School dropped its suit against the city of Houston, Club Bellaire and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.

The suit aimed to stop plans to build a nightclub in the Plaza America Shopping Center in southwest Houston. The school worried the club would bring increased traffic and violence.
