The grand jury indicted Grant Hayes and his wife Amanda Hayes for first degree murder. Prosecutors accuse the couple of killing Laura Ackerson, the mother of Grant Hayes' two children.
Last month, a tip led Ft. Bend Co. sheriff's deputies to Ackerson's remains in Oyster Creek. Divers did not recover all of Ackerson's body parts.
