Jonathan Humberto Delgado, 35, is charged with three counts of possession of child pornography. Court documents state police conducted an online investigation into child pornography and found a computer's IP address was actively advertising child pornography over a file-sharing network.
Investigators say they traced the IP address to a computer registered to a Tomball home where Delgado resided along with one other person.
Police say a search warrant was obtained and during a search of the residence a laptop was found in Delgado's locked bedroom. According to court documents, investigators found approximately 80 images and videos of child sexual assault and child exploitation.
Delgado was arrested and his bond has been set at $60,000 total.
