Texans agree to terms with Bears' Manning

HOUSTON

Former Bears safety Danieal Manning agreed to terms for a new contract with the Texans late Thursday night. He is expected to make it official on Friday.

The move solidifies the Texans' secondary because earlier on Thursday, they agreed to terms with former Bengals cornerback Johnathan Joseph.

Manning is from Corsicana, TX and has had six seasons of NFL experience.
