According to officials, the crash happened around 12:30am Saturday on Clay Rd. at Durban in northwest Houston.
Houston police said a Precinct 3 Constable's Office bus was at the stop sign on Durban. The driver pulled out to turn left, pulling in front of a motorcycle.
The motorcycle slammed into the side of the bus. Its rider was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition.
Police said the driver of the bus will be ticketed.
