Weekend freeway closures continue

HOUSTON First, there will be a total closure of the Katy Freeway westbound from Mason Road to Katy/Fort Bend Road. That closure began at 9pm Friday and runs through 5am Monday. Drivers will have to get through the area on the frontage road.

There will also be a total closure on the Eastex Freeway northbound at Little York. That closure also runs from 9pm Friday night until 5am Monday. Drivers will have to take the Little York exit and re-enter the main lanes at the next entrance.
