Death of boy found in box ruled homicide
HOUSTON
The Harris County Medical Examiner has ruled the death of 10-year-old Jonathan Singer a homicide. His body was found in April. At the time, investigators said his father had been driving around for days with his son's remains in his car.
Jonathan Singer had cerebral palsy and was blind. His father, Jeffrey Singer, is charged with serious bodily injury to a child.
Even though his son's death is now listed as a homicide, there is no mention of exactly how he died.
