Police said Kurt Rothfuss , 22, broke into a classroom at Meiners Oaks Elementary School on Sunday and stole property.
Surveillance video shows Rothfuss wearing a red backpack that he allegedly stole. Investigators also found Rothfuss' personal cellphone at the scene.
Authorities located Rothfuss and arrested him Wednesday at his home. They were able to retrieve the stolen property.
