Police: Teen caught trying to steal laptops from school

HOUSTON HISD police arrived at the school on Bissonnet in southwest Houston around 3:20am. The suspect was in an office on the first floor when officers got there. The 19-year-old was quickly arrested once he walked out the front door.

HISD officials don't know how he got into the school.
