Women involved in high speed chase face new charges
HOUSTON
Prosecutors have charged Anglea McKnight and Mechell Murillo with aggravated assault with serious bodily injury.
Officers say the pair shot someone May 10 in southwest Houston. Police chased the women and finally caught them along the south beltway.
Murillo was driving the car and faces a felony evading charge. McKnight faces an evidence tampering charge for allegedly tossing a gun out of the car.
