Fallen HPD officers remembered in Austin

AUSTIN, TX

The Texas Peace Officer Memorial Service was held Monday morning at the state capitol in Austin. During the ceremony, HPD officers Henry Canales, Eydelmen Mani and Joseph Robert Free were recognized.

Canales was shot and killed last year, Mani died in a car crash in 2009 and Free was shot and killed in 1912.
